- “Engagement Letter / Proposal” refers to any written communication, email, proposal, or mandate issued by us specifying scope of work, fees, and timelines for a particular assignment.
Scope of services
- We provide professional accounting and financial consultancy services from Pune, including but not limited to:
- The detailed scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any specific assignment shall be defined in a separate engagement letter, email, or proposal shared with you and accepted by you.
- Advice and services are provided based on information and documents supplied by you and applicable laws/regulations in force at the time of the advice.
Client responsibilities
You agree and undertake to:
- Provide true, complete, and accurate information and documents within the agreed timelines to enable us to perform the services.
- Inform us promptly of any changes or discrepancies in the information provided.
- Review the returns, statements, and documents before final filing and promptly communicate any errors or concerns.
- Adhere to statutory timelines and cooperate in providing approvals, OTPs, and access credentials (where required) for completion of filings.
- Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials and OTPs, and share them only through secure means.
We will not be responsible for any consequences arising from incomplete, incorrect, or delayed information provided by you.
Professional judgement and limitations
- Our services involve professional judgement and interpretation of applicable laws, rules, notifications, circulars, and judicial precedents.
- Laws and regulations may change, and interpretations may differ between authorities. Advice provided is based on prevailing law and commonly accepted interpretations at the time.
- We do not guarantee any particular outcome of assessments, audits, or proceedings conducted by tax or regulatory authorities, as these are beyond our control.
GST status and pricing
- As of the date of this policy, Oditorz is an unregistered entity for GST purposes, operating below the applicable turnover threshold and not charging GST on its professional fees.
- If and when Oditorz becomes liable or opts to register under GST, applicable GST will be charged on fees as per law, and the change will be notified to clients as required.
Fees, payments, and taxes
- Fees for our services shall be as communicated in our fee schedule, proposal, or engagement letter for each assignment.
- Unless otherwise specified, fees are exclusive of any applicable indirect taxes; if any such taxes become applicable in future, they shall be charged additionally as per law.
- Payments are typically due in advance or as per agreed milestones. Delay in payment may lead to suspension of services or withholding of deliverables.
- Any out‑of‑pocket expenses (such as government filing fees, stamp duty, notarisation, or travel expenses) will be borne by you, either directly or through reimbursement.
Intellectual property

- Upon termination, our obligation to provide further services ceases, but clauses relating to confidentiality, limitation of liability, and intellectual property shall continue to apply.
Governing law and jurisdiction
