Registration Services
Trade Registration (Shop Act License):

Trade License is a license or permission issued by municipal corporation granting permission to carry on a particular business at a particular address.Trade licenses in India are renewed between January 1st to March 31st. The validity of a license issued by the municipal authority is for a period of one year and required to be renewed every year.The application for renewal of the license is to be made within thirty days from the date of its expiry. In case the renewal process is delayed, then it may attract fine depending upon the rules and regulation of the issuing authority.

MSME Registrations (Udyog Aadhaar):

MSME stands for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.Depending upon the investment made in plant and machinery enterprises are categorised in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. This registration is not mandatory by the Government but we at Oditorz believe and suggest that one should register themself under MSME as  it is beneficial because it provides a lot of benefits in terms of taxation, setting up the business, credit facilities, loans etc.

Provident Fund Registration:

EPF stands for Employee Provident Fund that is a scheme for providing a monetary benefit to all salaried individuals after their retirement. The process is monitored by the Employee Provident Fund Organisation of India. Any organisation that has more than 20 employees must register with the EPFO.In this process, an amount is deducted from Employee monthly salary and an Employer also contributes as per the provisions of the act and  is put into the EPF account. The amount collected in the EPF account is provided to the employees at the time of retirement which is beneficial for all employees for developing a corpus fund.

ESIC Registration:

Employees’ State Insurance (ESI)  a self-financing social security and health insurance scheme for Indian workers. The fund is managed by the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) according to rules and regulations stipulated in the ESI Act 1948.One need to do the  ESIC Registration once it crosses the mark of 10 or more workers in an establishment.

Profession Tax (PTRC/PTEC)Registration:

It is a Indirect tax levied and collected by the state governments in India.The professional tax is collected from various professionals as listed in the schedule of the Act. it is collected from salaried employees as well as from professionals. It is deducted from the salary of the employee every month. In case of a company, directors of a company, partnerships, individual partners, self-employed professionals or owners of any business undertaken in the state, the liability of the tax depends upon their gross turnover in the preceding year.

FSSAI Registration:

In order to commence any kind of food related business activity, one need to obtain Fssai License. It’s the process of registration done at Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI),an autonomous body established under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India.The FSSAI ensures that your food is verified chemically and hence is safe to consume.

Digital Signature (DSC):

A Digital Signature Certificate,  is just like a handwritten signature only, establishes the identity of the sender filing the documents through the internet which the sender can not revoke or deny. A Digital Signature Certificate is not only a digital equivalent of a handwritten signature it adds extra data electronically to any message or a document where it is used to make it more authentic and more secure. Digital Signature ensures that no tampering of data is done once the document has been digitally signed.
